高校で学んだことを説明してください。

私が高校生活で学んだことは、

何事も目標をもち、同じ同志である仲間と一緒に取り組んで成果を出すことが本当に変えることのない喜びや達成感を味わう事ができるということだと思う。

私は高校生の時に剣道部に所属していました。

もともと強豪校ではなかったのですが、高校入学前に県内の強豪校の特待を蹴って進学してきたなかなか選りすぐりのメンバーで、ただ、剣道よりも勉強がしたくて進学していたので所属はしていたものの練習には力を入れずかる〜く汗を流す程度のサークル的な部でした。

三年時の試合くらい真面目に部活も取り組み最後の思い出を作ると言う目標を掲げて、皆集まり今の自分達に何が足りていないのか、短期間でどのような練習内容をすれば効率よく上手になれるのかなどを1から話し合い、実践し、確認してまた改善するということを繰り返した結果、3ヶ月と言う短い期間の練習で県内予選べスト4に行くことができました。

試合は、団体戦の代表戦までもつれ込み、延長3回の末、一本取られて私たちが負けると言う五分五分の結果でした。

真面目に3年間やっていたら、、と県内の監督からお叱りを受けたけれど、ほんとあれは嬉しかった！

ちなみに、その時のベスト4で私たちに勝った相手が全国大会で優勝した高校でした。

この経験から、仲間と同じ志を持つことの重要性とただ闇雲に何かをするのではなく計画を持って実行し改善をしながら物事にチャレンジすること、それが成功の近道だと言うことを学びました。

社会に出た時、PDCAと言う言葉を聞き、おっ！あの時していたことがこれか！っとびっくりした覚えがあります。笑

同じ部署の方々と一緒に頑張って、今度は人生試合で延長戦で負けないように頑張っていこうと思います。

What I learned in high school
I believe that having a goal in everything and working together with like-minded colleagues to produce results will give you a truly unchanging sense of joy and accomplishment.

When I was in high school, I belonged to the kendo club.

It wasn’t originally a strong school, but before I entered high school, I skipped the special offer of a strong school in the prefecture and entered the school. It was a club-like club where I was sweating a lot without putting any effort into practice.

With the goal of making the last memories of the club as seriously as the third-year game, everyone gathered together to find out what they were lacking and what kind of training content they could do in a short period of time to make it more efficient. As a result of repeating the process of discussing, practicing, confirming, and improving again from the beginning to see if I could improve, I was able to reach the top 4 in the prefectural preliminary rounds in just three months of practice.
The match was tangled up to the national team match, and after three extra innings, the result was a 50/50 result in which Ippon was taken and we lost.

I was scolded by a director in the prefecture that if I had been doing it seriously for 3 years, but I was really happy about that!

By the way, the opponent who beat us in the best 4 at that time was the high school that won the national tournament.

From this experience, I learned the importance of having the same aspirations as my colleagues, and that instead of just doing something blindly, having a plan and taking on challenges while making improvements is the shortcut to success. I learned

When I went out to society, I heard the word PDCA, oops! This is what I was doing at that time! I remember being surprised. smile

I will do my best together with people in the same department, and this time I will do my best not to lose in overtime in the game of life.
